So whether you want to call an iPad a PC or not, it has become a distinction without a difference as Best Buy looks at consumer behavior in their quarter.  The PC upgrade cycle customer is buying iPads at the expense of netbooks and notebooks.

This is phenomenal news for Apple though it caught Best Buy pretty flat footed.  Best Buy was caught in the unaware camp that we identified as looking for traditional upgrade cycle metrics.
